Crystal Boot Awards
The CBAs are known as the ‘line dance Oscars’ and celebrate line dance achievement across the world.
I feel extremely honoured to have received a total of 33 nominations since 2015 alongside the very best in the line dance world.
I was absolutely delighted to be one of the workshop hosts for the 24th CBAs held at the end of January 2020 (the 2019 awards) and completely overwhelmed to have won for Advanced Dance of the Year with Simon Ward. Steve and I were also thrilled to have won a CBA as part of the wonderful Linedancer Radio team.
2021 – nominated for Dedicated DJ, Female Personality, UK Instructor, UK Choreographer, Improver Dance for What a Song Can Do with Andrew Hayes, and Advanced Dance for Rolling with Love. with Simon Ward.
2020 – nominated for Dedicated DJ, Female Personality, UK Instructor, UK Choreographer, Improver Dance for Heart on the Run, with Dee Musk, Improver Dance for Luke’s Lovin’, with Andrew Hayes, Improver Dance for Shovel, with Gudrun Schneider, Intermediate Dance for Home to Donegal, with Niels Poulsen, Advanced Dance for Live Without You, with José Miguel Belloque Vane, and Advanced Dance for Rolling with Love. with Simon Ward.
The awards were all done online this year due to the terrible Covid 19 pandemic so it was lovely to win awards as part of teams that stepped up and kept line dancers around the world on their feet and loving life – the amazing Linedancer Radio and the incredible Streamline
2019 – Won Advanced Dance of the Year for Rolling With Love, co-choreographed with Simon Ward.
