The CBAs are known as the ‘line dance Oscars’ and celebrate line dance achievement across the world.
I feel extremely honoured to have received nominations in four years alongside the very best in the line dance world.
I was absolutely delighted to be one of the workshop hosts for the 24th CBAs held at the end of January 2020 (the 2019 awards) and completely overwhelmed to have won for Advanced Dance of the Year with Simon Ward. Steve and I also won a CBA as part of the wonderful Linedancer Radio team.
2019 – nominated for UK Instructor of the Year; UK Choreographer of the Year; Dedicated Dance DJ of the Year; Female Dance Personality of the Year; Beginner Dance of the Year for Sugarbird, co-choreographed with Jef Camps; Improver Dance of the Year for The Bull, co-choreographed with Hayley Wheatley; and won Advanced Dance of the Year for Rolling With Love, co-choreographed with Simon Ward.
2018 – Improver Dance of the Year for Missing and Young Again; UK Instructor of the Year; UK Choreographer of the Year; Dedicated Dance DJ of the Year; and Female Dance Personality of the Year
2017 – Improver Dance of the Year for Missing and for Every Time She Walks By; UK Instructor of the Year
2015 – Improver Dance of the Year for Cecilia which I co-choreographed with Willie Brown
